DEDICATION "We, the members of the class of nineteen fifteen, do dedicate this Annual to our friend, Myron B. Hockenberry, who has devoted himself to the best interests of the Imperial High School."
1879 - 1954 Mr. Hockenberry resigned his position as principal of IUHS in 1918. His resignation sparked a chain of events which resulted in the expulsion of a courageous and principled young man and a walk-out by the student body. Mr. George Garrigues has published an account of these events and has graciously allowed me to recommend his web page:
